NEXEN Tyre E46 Regulations
Updated on 23 September 2025As the BMW Race Driver Series enters its 20th season, the NEXEN Tyre E46 class continues to build on its steady growth. With increasing interest from both returning drivers and new competitors, the class has firmly established itself as a core part of the Series' multi-class structure.
We’re pleased to welcome NEXEN Tyres back as naming rights partner for the 2025–2026 E46 season. Their continued support reflects the strength of our long-standing relationship and the consistency of the NEXEN SUR4G 225/45R17, which remains the designated control tyre for the class. The SUR4G has delivered reliable, consistent performance across a wide range of track conditions and continues to be well regarded by drivers and teams alike.
Since its introduction in the 2020–2021 season, the E46 class has seen strong participation and development, becoming a popular choice for those looking to progress within the Series in a competitive yet approachable environment.
With another full calendar ahead and strong fields expected, the NEXEN Tyre E46 class is set for another well-contested season.
