The NZIGP Icebreaker event is the first round of the BMW Race Driver Series 2024-2025 season.
Join us at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park on 21-22 September 2024.
All three BMW Race Driver Series grids (Open, 2 Litre and NEXEN Tyre E46) will be in attendance, alongside a range of other classes:
Arrow Wheels ERC Series • Carcolors Classic Trial • Formula Junior and Historic Formula Ford • Formula Open New Zealand • NZ Sports Cars • OK Cup • Superkarts

The Race Car Test Day is to be booked direct via Hampton Downs.

Icebreaker Entries 06 09 2024
Note that the late entry cut off is now Tuesday morning (17 September), and the late fee has increased to $100.
To help encourage early entries, any competitor who enters (and pays) before Monday September 9th will go into the draw to win their entry fee back (less MotorSport NZ and Hampton Downs levies).
Note: The BMW Race Driver Series will have Qualifying, Race 1, and Race 2 on Saturday 21 September. Race 3 will b held on Sunday morning 22 September.
This applies to all three grids.
