The objective of this championship is to encourage Team establishment and involvement, to encourage participation at all rounds, to grow the series by appealing to new Teams to become involved and to further the Series profile through increased awareness generated by Teams.
To provide recognition of Team input in addition to individual driver recognition, create a colourful pit area and encourage a high standard of vehicle presentation.
To further series awareness by incentivising Teams to promote the series, compete in all races and series events, and to further the series culture of community and camaraderie.

BMW Race Driver Series – Teams Champs Regulations
A reminder that as per 2.1 of the Teams Champs Regulations, the team itself in addition to individual drivers must be accepted into the series and be a financial member of the BMW Race Driver Series and will be bound by the same rules and regulations as any series member.
